[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] Of all the beauty bits and bobs I’ve collected from various boxes to use as travel products, shampoos and conditioners are the least present. I’ve quite often decanted my own into travel bottles but that doesn’t feel ideal or ‘holiday-ish’. There is something lovely about buying products especially for your holidays – I think that’s the concept that travel retail exists on and I can remember when buying something from ‘duty free’ felt like part of the holiday itself. That catalogue on the plane…I’ve never wanted a underwater watch and neither before or since been so tempted by a miniature aeroplane.

Moroccanoil Hydrating Travel Set

The new Moroccanoil Hydrating Discovery Set comes in a perfectly holiday mood enhancing bag that will tuck neatly into a suitcase and contains all the things you probably don’t want to be without while you’re away. It’s all boxes ticked for those who like to keep everything tidy and in its rightful place. Remove the card insert and you can get a whole lot of other things in there too.

Moroccanoil Hydrating Travel Set

The set contains a 70ml shampoo, 70 ml conditioner, a 75ml hydrating mask and a 25ml treatment oil. The formula suits normal to dry hair types. I’ve been a long-time fan of Moroccanoil, starting with the treatment oil which Lucy also likes to get her hands on. I can’t remember a time when I haven’t had a bottle in the house and I tend to use it (sparingly) in the summer as a dry ends smoother. If you factor in salty water or even chlorinated water, then it’s even more useful. £22.35 for a £35 value HERE feels very reasonable to me – you can refill the bottles for next time with whatever you want or from the Moroccanoil full sizes if you have them.
