[unpaid/sample] Much as I love a mono-colour lid (can’t quite be bothered to multi-layer any more) the actual ‘monochrome’ trend has passed me by a bit. However, it’s in sharp focus with 3INA (does anyone not call this brand threena?) who have absolutely nailed it with their colour match collection that gives you exactly the same colour across several products.
I’m a huge fan of a coloured mascara but definitely didn’t have these shades on my radar. I think this type of pale shade works best on lashes if you white them out first with an undercoat. But, the theory is that you could then do a yellow lid or some graphic lines with a yellow liner, OR both.
Each colour has its own number that repeats across the product range so you don’t fluff up your exact match. The Cream Eyeshadows have had a formula update to make them long lasting so they’re worth looking out for on their own.
They’re lovely and moussy and give a perfect pay off and there are 19 shades to choose from. They’re £14.95 each.
I think this is a really happy, joyful range that reminds us that beauty trends are still happening and being embraced – this particular one won’t be for everyone but there elements that anyone can take and run with. Flick and fly… why not! I have to admit to being tempted by an orange winged liner although I realise that what it looks like in my imagination and how it would turn out in reality wielded by my hand-that-cannot-draw-a-line are entirely different entities. I think the liners will come into their own next festival time – all the flowers over all the bodies. They’re £12.95 each, as is the mascara which comes in 8 shades.
They really are exact matches! Find everything HERE.

🙂 Nice joyful stuff! Me, it’s me who reads the brand name not as “threena” but “Zina” – my mother tongue is Russian so cyrillic it is that comes to my mind first (Greek someone will also read like me I guess). Also it’s a name – Zina (informal\short variant of Zinaida) that was popular in time of my grandmother (and yes, it’s her name 🙂 ).
It’s officially supposed to be pronounced Mina with the 3 representing a side-ways M. Boy, did they make it complicated for themselves.
Ahh haha, i’ve ALWAYS called it Thrina!! Thanks for the education Jane. Had a look and got quite excited at the thought of a burgundy mascara to go with the cream eyeshadow but, alas, they decided not to go with that one. Typical!
I know!! EVERYONE loves a burgundy!
Kiko do some lovely coloured mascara including a burgundy, purple and dark green 🙂
Thanks Chrissie!
Thanks Chrissie, i’m forever trying to replicate the Clinique Black Honey Chubby mascara and haven’t came close yet. Will give Kiko a try, thank you 🙂
I go between calling it Threena and Mina depending on where my brain is at the time! Those mousse eyeshadows look very lovely though..!
The purple looks stunning but crikey it’s expensive £15 for a little pot of eyeshadow no ty
:))) Well, Mina wouldn’t be high on my list of guesses for this… Thanks for education!
I totally call it Threena. XD
The colours are beautiful though. That purple is calling my name, and the blue looks lovely as well.
they’re very vibrant shades xx
You’re entirely welcome. It’s not a dupe from what I know but worth a go! Happy shopping x
