[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I like to think I’ve got a good knowledge of all things cute and kawaii but Squishmallows are new to me. If you don’t know them, they’re plush characters who all come with an identity and back story of their own. If you remember Beanie Babies – that, but next gen. Apparently they’re highly collectable amongst both adults and children for their intense softness and squishiness.

I’d really happily wear both shades which are a bit in the unicorn zone, but nonetheless, very wearable. I like a candy pink so that’s the one I’d probably opt for but the iridescent shade would probably make a lovely top coat as it’s quite sheer.

Since there isn’t much else to say, I’ve googled for the best Squishmallows – Maui the Pineapple is popular, as is Simon the Cat. Gordon the Shark is supposedly the big sell for 2023, joined by Archie the Axolotl and Malcolm The Mushroom. I was all ready to dismiss this fad out of hand until I saw that there is a Hello Kitty Squishmallow and now I’m done for.

There are stickers of course! The owl is Winston the Owl and I *think* the unicorn is Sena. Someone will know I am sure. Anyway, now I’ve learned about Squishmallows I’m going to start seeing them everywhere, aren’t I?! It’s £16 for the duo HERE and inexplicably, £20 on ebay.
