[unpaid/sample] Given that two of the three new travel size offerings from CHANEL are my summer go-to products, this is the perfect launch for me. Both Le Beiges Water Fresh Tint and Les Beiges Healthy Glow Bronzing Cream have been downsized for travel convenience.
Unfortunately for me, these particular shades are too deep for me (for now at any rate) but I’m heading off on a short holiday and going straight to Duty Free (or whatever it is now) and hoping to pick the right shades up (I’m madly trying to cram 5 days of posts into 2 days of writing so if there’s nothing on Friday you’ll know I didn’t make it). The third product to be shrunk is the Healthy Glow Illuminating Oil which although I don’t use, I love the notion that from their data, CHANEL has found a shimmering body oil the thing that we are most likely to want on holiday. I’m just not glamorous enough for this to be a travel essential – I’d rather have a shower or bath product I think – and reserve the idea of glittering my body on holiday for those in white bikinis who can’t quite remember where they parked their yacht.
I want to draw your attention also to this new shade of Rouge Coco Baum – Sweet Treat.
It’s so near to my natural lip tone and exactly the sort of colour that French women wear with literally no other make up and we wonder how they’re so blessed with natural chic.
So, this is Water Tint in Light Deep (£38), then Medium Bronze in the Bronzing Cream (£37), and Sweet Treat (£34) right at the end. Everything is at CHANEL HERE. Imagine if the brand made a trio of mini lip balms – you’d have to fight me in the queue for that one :-))
