[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] It’s so rare for two heathery toned lip products to come my way in one week – in fact, I am not sure it’s ever happened before. But as soon as Taupe Luster touched my lips I was sold!

Revlon Gloss

For some reason I was expecting it to be hyper-vanilla scented but in fact, it’s not. There’s a light, sweet smell and thankfully no taste. The applicator is a bit cumbersome – it’s bigger than most but if I’m being picky, I would have liked a more flexible and lip friendly wand.

Taupe Luster has two advantages – it’s milky and it has that slightly heathered or greyed aspect that knocks out any orange tones. I think it’s delicious!

What I also noticed is that white clothing is Taupe Luster’s best friend – it somehow amplifies the colour in all of its aspects. It got a bit lost when I wore it with a flowery dress and absolutely sprang to life when I put this white top on.

Extra joy – it’s actually in stock at Boots HERE for £7.99.
