Hydro Foam Mask

If I hadn’t had the QMS Medicosmetics Hydro Foam Mask flagged up to me, I’d never have even thought to review it. Firstly, the packaging for this brand is so uninispiring – there wouldn’t be anything that would make me grab it off the shelf and secondly, I’m always suspicious of brands claiming any kind of ‘medi’ influence. We all know there is a way difference between medical and cosmetic. However, this just goes to show that sometimes you find hidden treasures in unexpected places! I absolutely love the QMS Medicosmetics Hydro Foam Mask!

Medicosmetics Hydro Foam Mask

The big, fluffy ball of foam is, to be honest, a bit of a pain – I’m as sure as I can be that there is no advantage to anything being foamy (although was it Bliss that tried to convince us we’d get more oxygen to our skin via foam?) and it’s slightly uncontrollable (I used it in bed this morning and there are little foam droplets everywhere) but I put the residue on my arms and rubbed it in straight away. The instructions for the QMS Medicosmetics Hydro Foam Mask are to leave it on for up to 15 minutes; I guess I left it on for about ten. You then massage what’s left of the foam into your skin. But, oh my! My skin – which needed a bit of a post-sun moisture surge – was left so soft and so hydrated but crucially, without any residue leaving shine. It’s now about four hours after use and the suppleness and moisture is still very much evident. Even at £46, I’d recommend this in a heartbeat for dry, post sun skin that needs to feel comfort and flexibility again. You can find it at FeelUnique HERE.

Just as an NB, a little goes a long way, so don’t be tempted to do a huge foam burst – it’s really not needed x
