[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I was curious about this 5% niacinamide serum for the body so I’ve tried over a few days just to see if there’s any discernible benefit. At this point, I think I could say I feel it rather than see it. As a reminder, I take supplements that mean I don’t truly ‘need’ body moisturisers as such but while the supplements keep dryness at bay they can’t do anything for texture and that’s where a serum like this comes in.

Paula’s Choice Niacinamide Body Serum

Personally, I would use this only on particular parts of my body that I wanted to reduce any pigmentation from – my chest comes to mind because no matter how much I slather on SPF it does seem to be a vulnerable place for pigment from the sun to develop. However, that said, I’m not enough bothered about it to take on a reduction regime although Paula’s Choice Niacinamide Body Serum is very easy to use and no trouble to slosh on daily. Between the 5% niacinamide and 5& d-panthenol, they should make some inroads over a period of time. I don’t doubt that, and winter is the best time to do it while you’re covered up. I’d consider it for hands too. If you get bumpy skin from hair removal, it can also help with that.  Paula’s Choice Niacinamide Body Serum is just too expensive at £34 for 118ml to use it all over the body so the more cost effective way is to spot-treat parts. I’ve never even looked at my legs for pigmentation – never – so use this serum wisely for the best results and slosh on any old body moisturiser everywhere else. It’s actually on offer at the moment for £28.90 HERE.
