NIOD, which is part of Deciem, are knocking out some stellar stuff right now – and it just keeps coming! I loved the Copper Amino Isolate Serum and would recommend in a flash, loved the Hyaluronic Complex and again.. would recommend in a flash, but didn’t love Photography Fluid (it feels like it is an incomplete product.. a few more refinements on the formula are needed I think). However, you can’t knock this brand for boundary pushing. Almost everything works and being fearless in taking on bigger brands which is something I always like to see.
So, to NIOD Lip Bio-Lipid Concentrate. I have heard such raves on this one – there is literally one sample floating about the UK so I don’t have it to hand (and everyone is chasing it, believe me!) – but those who have tried are somewhat awestruck. I trust their opinion. NIOD Lip Bio-Lipid Concentrate is a lipid based serum that boosts collagen, increases Hyaluronic Acid, increases water content – I won’t go on, but the key word is ‘increase’. For those who’ve always wanted bigger lips, it seems that this will do the job. Personally, although I don’t think I do want bigger lips, my lips are, and always have been, too creased (which is why matte lipsticks look so dreadful on me) and I’m thinking that if I can get the amount right, a slight swell will give a smoother appearance.
Until I’ve actually tried NIOD Lip Bio-Lipid Concentrate, which claims that there is literally nothing like it on the market, I’m only giving top-line information on it – there’s a little warning that it can give some redness to the lips which for some will be a good thing and for others a bad thing. All I can tell you is that I am really looking forward to trying it to see if it really is worth the hype.
NIOD Lip Bio-Lipid Concentrate is launching onto Victoria Health for £38. I know Gill at VH and I know like me she hates a wait-list, but there’s enough anticipation on this product that there is a pre-order list HERE. Again, if claims are to be believed, it will last and last so although I think it’s a higher price that I’d like to see, if it does last as long as suggested, then that takes the sting out of it somewhat.

is it only for the lips or can you use it all over the face? thinking about firmness on the skin…
Love from Barcelona
definitely lips only.. it can redden skin.
Hi Jane, Deciem seem to be releasing a lot of products lately.
I am really interested in their Booster C25 which tackles hyperpigmentation.
Any ideas when it will be released in the UK?
Sorry if this question is inappropriate, I do remember you mentioning on your hylamide SubQ post about boosters being released in June.
I will check actually and if I have further info I will come back to you x
Hi..the boosters launch in October x
Thanks Jane
Ooh, really want this – seeing a slight loss of volume in lips recently, but have long wished they weren’t so pale. I love Deciem and agree about the Copper Serum etc. I have managed to get the Photo Fluid to work – ironically it does not sit well over the Copper Serum or Hylamide – by using an emollient moisturiser (Malin & Goetz Vit E plus two or three drops of Sunday Riley Juno oil). The photo fluid blends nicely over this and really does help to perfect the look of my skin.
Thanks for your quick reply Jane… Love ur beauty blog
Will it be available to USA?
eventually I should think..
Hi Jane, I have quite sensitive skin which is also combination with large pores on the t zone which is also menopausal and breaking out in spotsWould you still recommend the Copper Amino Isolate Serum and Hyaluronic Complex. Thanks in advance.
I would suggest the Hyaluronic definitely.. but also look at the Avene Cleanance range. x
