Yes, our water is extremely hard where I live in Berkshire, our water softener is a godsend!! Everything feels so much nicer with soft water – skin, hair … laundry.

That’s interesting – I’m in London so we have very hard water … perhaps that’s the difference.

I love this product – it replaced a similar product (lemon cleansing mask) that they made before the Hut Group bought the company. It’s so good. Funnily enough, I have a water softener in my house and don’t have any issue with the rinsing, but I do use a very small amount.

This brand is now being sold on QVC UK, the shopping channel, which I found quite interesting.

I once bought on offer the Prickly Pear mask it sounds very like this, you had to add water to it and got a light foam and took a lot of rinsing to remove.
