Exactly Jo! When people are genuine and polite and take time and effort, it’s definitely a swing in their favour over and above big brands’ anonymity. Other people who have been in touch personally to say thank you for a post are Trish McEvoy, Miranda Kerr at Kora and Irene Forte. Gill at Victoria Health unfailingly does – it’s a really simple thing but binds you to a brand I think.
