So titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. And charming bottle art!

You’re so right re: standard sunscreen packaging! Most are merely functional and “hey, this is GOOD for you, damnit!”

One of the few brands with personality I’ve seen on this side of the screen is an outfit from Florida called SunBum, with faux wood-grain bottles, a ’70s vintage vibe and a cartoon gorilla-face mascot, aimed at the beach-bum millenial. Totally quirky-cute, but maybe not yet available in the UK?

And there’s Coola from San Diego, with its attractive aqua + white flowers palette. Do you have that brand there? Like Green Energy, they’re all about their organic cream base; important to note, though, that they use it with chemical sunscreen ingredients as well as mineral. (Green Energy uses only titanium dioxide as their filter? Impressive re: SPF 50!)

Hope the products match the packaging, would love to try them as I live in the sun & am always looking for good protection (preferably organic ranges too!).

I will have to get my hands on them.
