I would love some more facial spf recommendations! I’ve just started a new one which I’m not completely happy with – there’s a vague itchiness going on… I loved the old Clarins one and I need a substitute. Ideally under £20!

I rest my case! But seriously, I think there is a fear factor and oversell that nobody is talking about – no derm would dare say it’s fine to go without at any time – and yes of course you need to be sensible and take adequate precautions but SPF inside on a cloudy november day in the UK? *throws hands in the air*

I am the most diligent SPF user I know, and even I don’t use it between the autumn
and spring clock changes. I have a UV app on my phone and some days in winter it is literally 0 out of 10!
