It didn’t but it’s quite ‘heavy’ in comparison to dewy or satins – there is definitely a ‘velvet’ feel but I can’t say it’s dry exactly.

I find this kind of photo is more useful than a swatch on the arm or even a full face coverage photo, as I might see on the manufacturer’s web site. You look great, too! If I understand correctly, this new foundation did not feel drying on your skin–is that right? That is one reason I do not care for matte formulations, how especially after a long day, the makeup feels almost like a solid cake on my skin.
