Yes exactly, I put plenty of rubbish into my body so I feel I need to balance it with good things too – and this tea is such an easy way to do that!

Oh, I SO hear you about frequent “tea-out” – but even looking back at times when I nearly didn’t touch wine AND drank way less coffee (and didn’t have time to brew properly strong tea so used some very mundane tea bags provided in the office)… well, let’s just admit my bladder has a temper and gets irritated from nearly anything. So… I’m just mastering the art of falling back to sleep fast (and never switch lights in the bathroom if visit it in the night-night – helps to stay only barely awake 😉 )! Funny thing – our tastes though: I’m drinking all sorts of tea (normal, oolongs, pu-erh, name it) and coffee (and sometimes chocolate) while my daughter takes only tea and son – only coffee, both totally detesting other side of caffeine! After meeting COVID I also put more attention into extra’s that can boost our resistance to this nasty thing (although only the first time was really scary – still…).
