Hi Emma – yes they’re quite sizeable but you can halve them. I keep my supplements in a pill box by my laptop – I’m here every day so I can’t miss them. You could also leave them by your toothbrush because at least that’s twice they’ll come into your sight, or by the kettle. I hear you on the rattling!

They look great, but I have difficulty with tablets. I’m already rattling with the amount I take lol. I find it difficult to remember if I have do 3 a day. I was taking the Sage capsules from Victoria Health which were 3 a day. I never remembered all 3 lol. At the mo I’m doing Holland & Barrett collagen gummies which are a bit more doable for me. Maybe I could combine them & take less of the tablets. Emma x
