[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I feel like I’ve covered these before but wanted to do a focus on Bright Eyes which is a vibrant cornflower blue that I feel a bit addicted to now.
I’ve also got the beautiful Hazelnut shade here – just a very soft and pleasant way to line the upper lid to give your lash line a bit more definition. Muted, but magical in its way – paired with brown mascara, it’s a complete eye look. Bright Eyes is very bold – a particularly vivid kind of blue that means people can’t look away when they see your eyes!
In this picture, I’ve got some on the inner rim but it’s not really built for that (if you want that level of blue on your inner rims, go for Charlotte Tilbury Super Blue HERE which is exceptional). I actually don’t mind that pale inner rim – it’s quite brightening, especially for brown eyes. If you’re wearing Bright Eyes on your upper lids, it will go nowhere all day – a very good stayer, that’s for sure and I love the vivacity of it.
The formula is ultra smooth – it literally does just glide over the skin. You can buff it if you’re quick to get a more softened line – the pencil has a sponge at the other end for exactly that job – but I think I like it better as a statement liner. So, the annoying thing is that there is currently no stock on-line. I’d suggest if you have a counter (Liberty, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols) nearby you try there. The nearest periwinkle shade I can find is Estee Lauder Sapphire Sky HERE or MAC Colour Excess in Perpetual Shock HERE.

Harvey Nichols seem to have stock online Jane.I’ve ordered the Hazlenut.
I don’t think they have the Periwinkle. I think you’ll love Hazelnut – so flattering.
