A new nail polish collection is like all my birthdays coming at once. Nail Couture make fabulous nail wraps, but are just about to launch a colour collection into Harvey Nichols (in November). I’ve tried a couple of polishes and they are a really beautiful consistency; rich but fluid, with a manageable brush that coats perfectly. The finish on the ones I’ve tried aren’t super glossy so you can either add a top coat if you like a lot of gloss or leave it as is if you prefer something less bling. My pictures don’t do it justice as I’m finding it really hard to find lighting that works in this gloom and early nightfall, but I’m totally obsessed with Miss Sunset Strip. It’s a purple based glitter topcoat that looks like a constellation on the nail. I’ve also tried Rush Hour; a proper pillar box red and it’s gorgeous. Nothing whatsoever to complain about with this fab collection – it’s even 5 free and costs £12.50 per bottle.

Wow I would love almost all of these. There are 3 that just don’t grab me but I need
I thought your review of the BB’s was interesting. I have recently been introduced to these and test-run one with a review this morning at Maboho and I don’t know about you, I can’t see very much of a difference between a BB and a rich tinted moisturiser. Hmmm…. I will try some others though – perhaps too early for me to decide.
The nail colours are fab! I love the sunset strip over the grey, looks superb :o)
