Oh no – that’s such a shame – I will feed back to the brand PR because that’s not good at all. Regarding Trust Pilot, all I can say is that is not at all my finding – I wore the yellow shade for 3 days without a single chip. I needed two coats plus a top coat and applied three coats to two nails which are ridged and need extra ‘bulk’. I was impressed because I’ve tried yellow nails before it’s rare to get one that coats so well in two coats. That’s just my honest findings … I’ve got no relationship to the brand at all. I think the reviews (which I’ve now read) are odd – I’ve since tried the violet shade and that is fine too – it needed two coats but I think that’s normal. Bottom line though is that if they can’t take your money – go elsewhere!
