I love the sound and smell of this. Being a Leo as well means (eyes her fragrance stash) I will have to buy it of course 🙂 I am enjoying wearing more woody type scents at the moment.
Have you tried Chanel No 22 Jane? It’s a bit like a brighter No 5. I like it!

I received a sample of it yesterday, along with my order for the Spring collection amazing blusher (which I won’t use, the embossing is so gorgeous), and like you, at start I didn’t think it was for me.
But then once sprayed on my wrist, I really started to like it. It really makes one think of the Coromandel screns, and the beautiful living-room of mademoiselle Chanel rue Cambon.
I’m wearing La Pausa and N°19, which are quite far away from Le Lion, but I’m very tempted to get myself a small size of this Lion, it is really alluring.

I belong to Basenotes and this has been out in the US since last years. Many reviews on the saying similar to ShLimar.

It would be good to be able to get a sample first, quite a lot of ££ to spend and then find it’s not all that appealing!
