So, who knew that the John Lewis web site had a ‘Fashion Offers’ section? I’ve only just discovered it and it’s quite a revelation. I think (although I don’t know) that it’s where JL parks the concession brands who have already gone into sale before their own store sale. Anyway, I’ve found some gorgeous summery things to round up, starting with the Phase 8 Linen top reduced from £65 to £55 (HERE). What an easy holiday wear especially if your shoulders have had too much sun and you need something cool and light to wear.
I love this variation on a theme black top from Whistles (I have so many black tops) styled just right with denim – but easy with white jeans, black skinnies, shorts, you name it. It’s £55 from £110 HERE.
Another super easy wear with white jeans, black trousers or bare legs – this whispy, navy star tunic is reduced from £79 to £55 HERE.
Another black top – but I can see this with denim shorts and espadrilles looking very holiday chic (just add a bicycle and baguette!) and it’s reduced from £135 to £65 HERE.
I’m grrr-ing slightly because I paid full price (£150) for this sweater in a loose, chunky gold stitch but I have worn it and worn it so much that it was worth every penny. I wear a white or black vest top under it because it is slightly see though, but it’s one of those items that just looks right with everything.. it’s HERE. Actually, I always used to think this brand was very old fashioned and stuffy but it’s really had a revamp and there are some gorgeous things – I’m definitely heading back for more. The feature image is the same brand (all sizes except 8) and is reduced from £175 to £122.50 HERE. I’m having it!

I’ve bought a few Gerard Daren pieces in the JL sales before and they last and last. I have a lovely charcoal grey long sleeved jersey top that washes up really well. Yes, they are pricey but in my opinion, they are well made with lovely fabrics and timeless. Must take a look.
I’m so pleased I discovered it… definitely will get more.
