I’m flagging up this dress, not because I’d wear it (I’d love to but I think my days for it are gone!) but because it has it’s own viral story that has made it virtually impossible to get hold of – and it’s low stock now, so if you’re going, don’t delay. A US fashion blogger showcased the dress a few weeks ago and it sold out in almost moments: I thought it had gone for good so I’m surprised to see a restock at all. Even at £143, the Pitusa shelves were bare for this dress up until a few days ago. It’s one size only – a free size – HERE.
I’ve no idea why this one is in the sale (reduced from £62 to £38) but it’s definitely more in my comfort zone! It’s still available in S and M HERE. I like that it’s got sleeves for when your shoulders start to catch to the sun a bit too much.
This is the one, at £29 HERE, that I’d be really comfortable wearing on a beach or by a pool – for the moments when you haven’t quite got used to not wearing anything but three triangles and can’t quite bring yourself to go nearly naked to the bar for a drink or back to your hotel room. Super simple but super easy and I’d be quite happy wearing it with jeans or shorts, too.

I agree Jane, the ASOS one is lovely but sadly out of stock now.
It’s cute… but very expensive for what it is. I do like seeing things like this though because sometimes they inspire me to get creative. It’d be quite easy to add some cool trim and pom poms to a less expensive strappy dress! Given the mania for fringe trim this year I’ve added some to the hems of a top and dress already in my wardrobe – a cheap and on-trend update!
