[productsample] Well, this is unexpected! Of all the things I’d like my hair to smell of, grass hasn’t yet featured in my imagining.
I’ve not had anything from Yope that I haven’t liked so far, but this has put me on the fence. On the one hand, it IS that vegetal, grassy scent that freshly cut grass has but on the other, it’s also a bit earthy and wet-moss too. And I just haven’t ever wanted my hair to smell like the lawn.
Therefore, the fact that the fragrance is fleeting and doesn’t stay in your hair is probably a good thing. I like it for the novelty factor and that this brand is making strong inroads into affordable ‘naturals’ – their tag-line is ‘Naturally Unusual’ so that’s that box definitely ticked. This particular formula is for oily hair, as is the conditioner, so I haven’t tried it on mine but am leaving in the shower to try and dissuade Mr BBB from using my rose Christophe Robin which has all but gone. Yope Fresh Grass shampoo is £6.49 HERE, and the conditioner is the same price.

I am very curious about this now, obsessed with freshly cut grass scent. And I am also a big fan of Christophe Robin rose shampoo, using it now.
