Could be a good one for next winter 😀 Thank you for the Aveda tip, I think the current central heating level is excuse enough for a hair treat xx

Figgy Pudding shampoo – perhaps you’ve invented something Chrissie! Thanks for tips re Maui – I found the Aveda effect is cumulative so if you do decide to go for it give it a couple of weeks of regular use x

I misread the Barth Fig shampoo as figgy pudding and had a giggle. It sounds delicious – I am an official fig scent-aholic and thanks to crazy-opause have dry hair to deal with so will look at this and the Aveda leave in treatment. I have had good results with the Maui haircare range too (they are SLS free) which can be found in most supermarkets and Boots and Superdrug.
Thank you for the Hot Tools recommendation, I may well have self gift that in the New Year. Best wishes and Happy New Year to you all xxxxx

The Aveda Botanical Repair set, and a Rosemary Mint soy wax candle somehow fell into my basket as well, despite not being in the sale. Oh dear.

I usually stick with L’Oreal Professional shampoo and don’t bother much with conditioner (except Elastizer when I’ve got the time) but as it’s been nearly 4 months since my last haircut (damned lockdown) and my longer hair needs something!
