L’Occitane Bonne Mere Shower Gel

I love the taste of peach and I love the smell of peach, but I can’t knowingly go near a peach! The skin…the texture… the screams! It’s the same with apples, I’m very much averse to those skin textures (goosebumps as I’m writing!) and have to move if anyone is eating them near me. If I can’t persuade Mr BBB to do some peeling for me, I just go anywhere near those fruits! Does anyone else have the peach thing? Please don’t say it’s just me! So, L’Occitane Bonne Mere Shower Gel in Peach is all the pleasure and none of the fuzzy skin pain.

L’Occitane Bonne Mere Shower Gel

They’re fairly simple, gentle, body washes, just very beautifully – and lightly – scented. Aside from lemon and peach, there’s also olive (yuk), rosemary (yuk) and honey. I think they’re unique in that the cube packaging format is stackable, so if you wanted you could have a nice, tall tower of them in that awkward shower corner. The L’Occitane Bonne Mere Shower Gel isn’t new, but missed it’s share of attention because they launched at a similar time to the Brazil collection last year. It’s a shame really because they’re absolutely lovely. I spotted them when I was buying a birthday present in L’Occitane for my dad (he is obsessed at the moment with verbena) and immediately loved the simplicty of the packaging.

Peachy scented products are quite hard to find, and both lemon and peaches are a real rush of summer and freshness – I’m so glad I found them! L’Occitane Bonne Mere Shower Gel is £9 per bottle, HERE. PS: Of all the advent calendar products I’ve seen through Christmas press days, so far the L’Occitane one is taking it. All of it!
