[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I must admit that I’m not too fond of a scalp scrub – I do see how they help to exfoliate away flakes and that is something that occurs for me from time to time but I never get past the sandy feeling of grit on my head. So, for me, the Ouai St Barts Scalp And Body Scrub is 100% body and what a joy it is!

Ouai St Barts Scalp And Body Scrub

I’m seeing a lot of new body products at the moment – I’m a bit overwhelmed with facial skin care so I’m glad of the change and greeting them with enthusiasm, especially as that tiny bit of early summer we just had made me think about the time when the limbs need to be out from under the jumpers and jeans. The ‘St Barts’ scent of this scrub is what really elevates it – it’s a tropical floral with notes of tuberose, orange blossom, dragonfruit and musk. The beauty of it is that it’s delicate – it’s not a big smack of tropical (although I really don’t mind that at all) and smells more fine fragrance than fun and fruity.

The grains are sugar suspended in coconut oil and hibiscus with a probiotic blend – if you ever used Fresh Brown Sugar scrub, it’s that quality but a different fragrance. Really delicious and an absolute treat for a pamper session – much as I don’t think anything should be saved for ‘best’ it’s £32 so it’s only coming out on me-time occasions and not for general bathing!
