If sanitizer is being too hard on your hands, soap leaves are an alternative to carry about with you. I got these from YesStyle (it’s one of the items that had a customs charge slapped on it so I can’t recommend you get them there for the time being).
I got very distracted by the packaging (main picture) of these which influenced my purchase but actually, they’re quite readily available on Amazon and elsewhere (just without the cute rabbit). Mine are strawberry scented but I’ve noticed a lot of lemon if that takes your fancy. I wondered how it’s possible to make these – and the clue is in the name … paper soap (I went somewhat wrong on my Google search by calling them soap leaves and got lots of answers showing how to make soap in the shape of leaves). There’s a sweet, and quick, video HERE to show you how but please note, you need water soluble paper.
It’s a tiny box with a flip up lid so that you can easily slide out a single as and when necessary. I think they’re really sweet – they can live at the bottom of my handbag for days when I’ve forgotten sanitizer (hasn’t happened yet but so easily could). Anyway, do search Paper Soap and not Soap Leaves 🙂

These are really handy (pardon the pun) and a godsend even before the age of the other big C. Muji does them, or used to do them as I haven’t found them in their stores recently. Possibly only available in the Japan ones.
thanks Mary!
A few years ago I bought a pack of paper soap from Tiger. They’ve come in handy many times.
Oh, we have a Tiger locally – when it’s open again I’ll look out for them – thank you for the heads up x
