Yep, if I brace myself, stay away from polish and smear all oils/serums/creams all the time it improves – but then polish (with base but it doesn’t change much), few days under it, polish remover… and gone all smoothness, edges start to split again. Silicone, biotin, collagen – these supplements also don’t save my day. So I keep it very short and still use polish, but frustration still there…
