[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] We are on a rose roll today! This time I’m introducing the new Aromatherapy Associates Rose Essential Oil that launched a few days ago.
It’s no secret that AA is a favourite brand of mine – they hosted a beautiful dinner pre-Christmas where I got into a conversation with a colleague about how there is always a terrible mental tussle when we buy it for others as a gift to actually bring ourselves to give it away. It’s a little too expensive to just do a one-for-you, one-for-me exercise on it for no good reason and anyway I do have a bit of a stash (ok, hoard) – nonetheless, the flicker of the thought to keep it always there. Aromatherapy Associates have had a rose range for quite some time but the newness is in the form of the Essential Oil. If you have one of the AA room diffusers (pricy but worth every damn penny), a few drops of the oil means your environment is instantly infused with the gentle scent. Of course, you can use it with any diffuser or even try my old trick of adding onto a wet flannel overnight while the heating is off and popping it on a radiator so when the heat kicks in at the crack of dawn, so does the fragrance. I’ve been looking at offers – it seems that if you buy the atomiser and the oil together HERE, it will be £116 instead of £145, otherwise the oil is £25 HERE.
What’s different about the Aromatherapy Associates Rose Essential Oil is that it’s rose in a backdrop of the scent you know from this brand – geranium and palma rosa. So, it smells both rosy and spa-ish – it’s not your usual rose. The brand blends rose with other essential oils that are chosen therapeutically so that the overall effect helps to remove tension and soothe which is exactly the same effect as the Rose Bath Oil. While rose isn’t for everyone, I’ve also spotted an offer for the large set of bath oils for £54 instead of £67 with a value of £110 HERE which I think is a snip for the product involved. I’ve looked for the best prices and think I have them but do always have a look around – there are so many offers on line now that come and go faster than I can keep up.
