[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] It’s great when all the spring things start to come through the door – I think it’s my favourite beauty season because everything just looks so nice. L’Occitane’s limited edition Delicate Shea collection is so pretty and has a lightly powdery rose and jasmine fragrance.
Every single time I take pictures of L’Occitane hand cream I wish the lettering was the other way round – I know that most people probably don’t ‘stand’ their hand creams but now it’s in my head, it looks wrong lying down too. The pattern is bright, intricate and whimsical and feels spot on for the lighter days.
Both the body and hand creams HERE are SO whippy – they’re probably the lightest body products I’ve ever used and they just melt onto the skin so well. The formula doesn’t feel diluted by the airiness (although I’m aware that more air = less product) in efficacy and really feels like a treat on the body. Texturally, I don’t think it’s been bettered and as well as shea butter, it contains almond, honey and coconut oil. The fragrance is to my nose a bit jasmine-y.

Hopefully this illustrates the whip! It’s available (as you can see) for sensitive skin too – this is the fragrance free version (£32 – bigger tub) HERE. If I produced a souffle like this I’d be thrilled.
It’s the same with the hand cream (£21.50) which comes out of the tube in a whirl as though it’s creating icing flowers – and there’s a mini version (£8) too just in case you don’t want to go full-size. The lip balm (£9) has fragrance listed, and now I think about it, I think I can taste something a bit like parma violet – or maybe I’m imagining it because I’m covered in body balm and hand cream. But, it’s nicely emollient and soft on my lips. Fun fact – a L’Occitane hand cream is sold every two seconds worldwide – wow. That’s a lot of hand cream.

Get yourself a tube squeezer and then you will be able to stand the tubes the other way up. The product won’t look as good because the squeezer is utilitarian but it will ensure that you squeeze all the cream from the tube. http://www.scottsofstow.co.uk/stainless-steel-tube-squeezer
