[unpaid/sample] My dad used to be obsessed with room sprays (and some sort of scented rings that you put over your light bulbs to let the heat diffuse the fragrance) so Jonathan Ward’s Kartushya Mist would be right up his street.

Kartushya

I like the immediacy of room sprays – no wait for the burn to take hold and begin to release the fragrance… it’s just immediately there. It also has the advantage, if you love the fragrance, of allowing you to do a ‘walk through’ to retain some of the scent on yourself. I’ve written about Kartushya before – it’s led by pine and rosemary with woody and ambery notes and a splash of cognac – and some of you will already know the scent. To me, it’s antique furniture, freshly polished – very stately home – and has the advantage of being completely alcohol free so it’s safe to spritz your cushions or whatever. With 20% fragrance oils, ‘intense’ is the right word … it delivers strongly and seems to last well. You can find Kartushya Abode Mist Intense HERE for £35.
