Thank you so much Carole – that’s a lovely comment. I’d be surprised if it was discontinued but I know a lot of fragrance brands are having supply issues so perhaps it’s that. I think I have Bois d’Hadrien somewhere.

I’ve been reading your blog since forever-thank you for so many interesting posts 🙂 I love this line, and I love your descriptions of this fragrance. I think Goutal have pulled out of NA (I’m in Canada). I might be able to find this online.

I really love Bois d’Hadrien, and I think it might be discontinued-I don’t see it on their websites. You might want to try and find some before it’s completely gone because it’s so so beautiful. Clean, wood notes, a bit of citrus and some baked earth. A very different take on a feminine fragrance 😉

That pompom sells it for me too Jane and my cats if they get their paws on it! Sounds fabulously fun and mysterious. I am trying to remember a fragrance I used to wear ages ago which was a smoky rose type but it’s slipped away into my olfactory past.
It sounds like it would be a lovely wear into the cooler months so I’m going to have to check this out (and sort something out to make room for it) . That bottle suggests something boozy, eg cognac, brandy as well as sunny 😉

Perfumes can always go one way or another, but the notes in this sound awesome. I wouldn’t have thought I liked spiced and woody fragrances, but I love L’artisan’s Timbuktu so much that I will try to find a sample of this.

This perfume sound gorgeous, I will try it in store as it sounds right up my street. Then wait for Escentual’s discount offers.
