Might well have got heated in transit, but yes, keep away from heat sources such as sunlight x

I shall know for next time, thanks Jane!

Sounds like it crystalised which can happen when the balm gets warm, melts and then re-balms (not a technical term!). It won’t harm you at all but I agree, if it’s not a texture you like then it’s off-putting. I should mention that it can happen to any balm so make sure your balms aren’t in the sun or next to a radiator. x

I wondered if they changed the formula? Thanks for the info Jane.

I agree – there’s a lot of sensory pleasure with balms in a way that just doesn’t exist with micellars or milks 🙂

This sounds lovely…but I bought a large EH moringa balm after your post on it being half price in December so will wait a couple of months. I love cleansing balms and products – I know it’s all washed down the sink but I actually think that the enjoyment time is longer than other skin care products as you spend the time massaging in – so whilst the effects might not be long-lasting (and who actually knows if most serum claims are!) like a leave on product, the actual enjoyment time is much longer. 🙂
